The team is efficient and flexible, and follow the guidelines set out by the European Standard – BS EN 15038:2006. Your translation will be managed by a qualified Project Manager who is responsible for understanding your cultural and linguistic preferences and requirements.
Your Project Manager will supervise all stages of the translation from quote to delivery.

Nurcan is responsible for the smooth running of individual projects. She has been working for TTC since 1999. Nurcan is bi-lingual in Turkish and English. Nurcan is Trados trained and has an NVQ in Customer Service. She is also a PRINCE2 qualified project manager.
Nurcan’s working hours are Monday-Friday, 7.30am-4pm (GMT).
Hobbies: Nurcan enjoys jewellery making as well as reading books and watching movies with her daughter. She is also a keen photographer and loves walking her dog in the summer.

Firat is the newest member of the TTC Project Management Team and started running projects in 2010. Firat has also worked at TTC during summer holidays from school and university since 1999. Firat is fluent in English, Turkish and German and also speaks a little French and Spanish.
Firat is a PRINCE2 Qualified Project Manager, and is responsible for the smooth running of projects and helps the rest of the team with quality control with Turkish and German.

Janet joined TTC in 2007. In her time at TTC, her role within company evolved as the company grew and as of 2012 she moved into a sales and marketing function. She is passionate about sales and appreciates that it is all about making good relationships with people and knowing which products could best fit their needs. She understands that the skills required to be a good salesperson are listening, problem solving, perseverance and time management – she has these in abundance. Her past corporate background has provided her with a wealth of experience which she draws from on a daily basis.

Mikail joined TTC in December 2012 as a Business Development Manager. His passion for business, excellence in customising solutions to clients’ needs drove him to earn an M.A. in Corporate Governance and Administration from Anglia Ruskin University.
He has worked in the City with Multinational Corporations where he acquired an outstanding professional background in dealing with domestic and international client portfolio. For Mikail, there is no client request that cannot be solved. His unfailing pursuit of perfection drives him to continually improve his knowledge of the translations industry and standards through attending and sponsoring industry seminars and conferences.
Mikail speaks fluent Southern and Northern Sotho, an intermediate level of Zulu, Xhosa (Southern African Languages) and basic Bahasa Malay.
